This build is purely for annoying the hell out of everyone. If I was faced off with this build with some good warriors, I would be totally screwed.

Backfire
Chaos Storm
Signet of Weariness
Ethereal Burden
Clumsiness
Panic {E}
Light of Dwayna
Empathy

Okay as you can see this build is made to be annoying. Cast Backfire and Empathy to cause all those idiot spellcasters and melee people to get seriously hurt whenever they try to attack. If you are getting hit by some idiot warrior, cast Clumsiness or Ethereal Burden to either damage them badly or run away.
Energy Surge people in crowds especially with casters and use Conjure Phantasm just to annoy.

1 thing though:SOME ONE IS GOING TO CAST Backfire then imagined buden and then a warrior is gonna smack the heck out of you.Point:you will need healing.

alot of the skills you have, have long casting times, such as backfire with 3 seconds and many others have 2 second casts, so fast casting might help alot there because you would probaly get interupted to easy with out it

That just means you need an air wand which shouldn't be a problem.

Wait I'm gonna take out my Conjure and my Glimmering Mark. Just to add more skills and have more points go to Fast Casting.

Well, okay . . . but if you have no skills from your secondary profession, why elementalist? If you had a secondary that gave you a heal (eg. Ranger/Troll Unguent) or one that you could make use of their line of Unlinked skills, would that not help you more?
